Shipping

Orders ship by Canada Post in a plain, unmarked box within 1 business day of payment, and arrive in 2 to 7 business days. You get a tracking number by email.

Cost

A flat $15.00 anywhere in Canada, free on orders of $100.00 or more (before the free-carton discount).

When your order ships

We ship once your Interac e-Transfer has been accepted. Payments received before 12:00 ET on a business day ship the same day; later payments ship the next business day.

Delivery times

• Major cities: usually 2 to 4 business days.
• Smaller towns and rural routes: 3 to 6 business days.
• Remote and northern communities: up to 7 business days or more.

Packaging

Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box with a plain return label. An adult may need to be present to receive it.

Tracking

We email your tracking number the day your order ships, and it appears on your order page.

Problems

If tracking stops moving or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number.
