What we collect

When you order: your name, email, delivery address, optional phone number and what you bought. When you send the e-Transfer security answer: that answer. Our servers also log your IP address and browser type to stop fraud and abuse.

Why

To deliver your order, confirm your payment, answer your questions and keep the site secure. We do not sell your information and we do not use advertising trackers.

Where it is kept

On encrypted servers in Canada (Amazon Web Services, Montreal region). Only staff who handle orders can see it.

How long

Order records are kept for 7 years for accounting. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us from the email on your order.

Cookies and storage

We use your browser's local storage for your cart and to remember the age check for the session. No advertising cookies.
